Comment: This video will change your life for the better IF you PRACTICE what you learn by watching it. I watched both disks more than once and I watched my favorite interviews on the second disk 5 or 6 times. Pick out the ones that have meaning for you and watch them over and over. This DVD contains what everyone really, really wants to know. Knowledge learned by experience, available and practical. Useful. Precious.

Summary: Love this Book, Great Affirmations
Comment: Louise Hays books are very positive and uplifting. I love the affirmations in this book. I do believe that the mind's beliefs can manifest in the body. Whether or not it manifests from these certain beliefs into these certain parts of the body I am not sure. In any case the "gift edition" of the book is beautiful and it reminds me to be positive, believe that I am valuable, and helps me identify my beliefs which gives me the opportunity to change the one's I want to change.
