Recently, I have found out that I am extremely Lactose Intolerant. This product has helped me to lead a normal life. I am still not able to eat any dairy due to the fact that my intolerance is so bad, but it has helped to keep me balanced. No more bloating, and stomach pains. Customer Rating: Summary: Does this really work? Can you eat pizza again? Comment: I have been lactose intolerant for 13 years and gave up on pizza, cheese, milk products. Lactaid tablets and lactaid milk didn't work for me. I followed the directions EXACTLY and was able to eat cheese and dairy without problems. I didn't realize it was working until I forgot to take it for a week, ate my normal food and got very ill. So now I am on the regular auto ship plan! Well work $7.00 a month!! The lactose pills didn't work for me either. My mash potatoes were even mashed with the potato water, a little bland to say the least. But now the sky is the limit on dairy products!!
